Weight Watches uses a weight tracking
system where people can monitor and see their progress as a means to keep them
motivated to lose weight. People like to see the visual results both in their
body and through the weight loss graph when they track their weight loss
online. Being able to see the graph line going down is a very easy but
effective way to show them the good they are doing. They also keep people
coming back because they have proved that their system works, and so this trust
built with the brand makes sure people stay loyal if they need to lose weight
again. Traid need to create this kind of relationship with donators to make
sure when they want to get rid of their clothes they donate them to Traid. This
could be done by showing them the good they do and creating an emotional
relationship with the donators. Traid could also use the graph method to show
people how their donations add up and the progress they are making as a whole
company.
