If a phone is beyond repair, Envirofone will send it off to a recycling plant in the UK where it’s broken down and valuable metals and components are extracted.

Envirofone makes it very easy for people to sell their unwanted mobile phones by sending them a free post envelope to send their phone away in. This means that there is minimal effort needed by the seller as it can all be done from the comfort of their own home with minimal effort needed for posting. It is also free which makes the seller feel like they are getting a good deal. This could be an idea that Traid could use to increase donations. They could make it possible to order free post boxes or envelopes off the internet to send their donations away in. This would mean donators could do it from their house and not have to go and find a donation bin. It would eliminate the possibility of them donating to a different bin because it was closer.
